  • Congratulations to the following members of DHS's Youth and Government Club- Bella Filipe, James George and Finn Helgeson for being nominated to attend the Conference on National Affairs this summer, Jimiel Suarez and Katelyn Pacheco for their successful arguments in the judicial mock trials, and Katherine Rosen, Ciara Phelps and Isabella Febbroriello for successful participation in the legislative sessions.

At that time, you will need to: *Pay your dues in full if you haven’t *Provide a list of up to 12 names in writing if you want to sit with certain people Ticket price is yet to be determined but to help us out, take the Prom Survey in our Class of 2019 Classroom.

  • Election news. Are you interested in running for class office, student council or school council? If yes, you can pick up a nomination form starting March 28th through April 3rd in C-11. You can pick up a nomination form before or after school in C-11. The last day to turn in a form is April 9th. See Miss Vicente for more details. The election is April 26th.

  • The Dodgeball Tournament will take place on Monday, April 1st. We are still accepting team registrations. Please see Ms.Taylor or Ms. Brittingham to register a team. The Class of 2021 class officers can also accept registration. Spectator tickets will be sold at the door for $5.

  • Calling all artists, writers, photographers, and creators - the DHS Literary Arts magazine is looking for submissions for its 2019 edition of Exactly What. Send any original photography, art, poetry, or creative writing submissions to Mr. Lima via email or in person in C28.

  • Would you like to make a child's day?  Juniors Abby Cabral and Madison Dalio are collecting money and small donations (crayons, stuffed animals, etc.) to create care packages for young hospitalized children.  All benefits will be brought to the Boston Children's Hospital.  You can donate at lunch every Friday or give your kind donations to Abby or Madison during the school day.
