    Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns. ParentSquare messages and email are the easiest ways to get in touch, but you may also call Potter (508.996.8259) or send a note to school with your child. I will typically reply within 24 hours between 8am-4pm on school days. If you don't hear from me within that time frame, please reach out again as I may not have received the message.

Remember that your first responsibility this year was to read your summer reading book, Jake Drake Know-It-All or The Year of the Book. Reviewing your multiplication facts is also a good idea. Knowing them well will come in handy for you this year.

Hi! My name is Nancy Ferreira, and this is my 22nd year doing what I love-TEACHING! The 2024-2025 year marks my 19th year as a fourth grade teacher at Potter School. I have previously taught first and fourth grade in New Bedford.

I am a graduate of Dartmouth High School. After graduation, I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and English from Bridgewater State College and my Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education from UMass Dartmouth.

My husband and I live in Fairhaven. We have one grown son named Tyler.
